Although I can not meet all of you and do a full in depth analysis on all of you, I really wish I could though, I am going to give you some basic tips you should consider when finding your "Color(s)".
1. Check your mood. That red sweater might have been perfect when you were in a great mood, perfect hair day, you got your paycheck earlier than you thought, your bff is taking you to dinner because you are such a great friend blah blah blah but that red sweater might not be perfect when that check arrived a day later, the kids missed the bus, and now you have to bring them to school, you are late for work once again, and the boss is looking at you funny because you are on a 30 day probation for always being late, husband not talking to you because dinner was not done when he got home at 5, called your bff and she went out on a hot date with her new bf....Oh I can go on LOL. Anyway you get my drift. As I mentioned earlier red represents jolly and vibrant.
2. Choose a lead piece and go from there. The last thing you need is to have all your pieces competing against one another. Choose that one piece which can be an accessory like a bright red or mustard yellow handbag, and combine it with a toned down metallic shoe or pair it with metallic accents.
3. Pair your bold accessories with basics. Since your bold accessories already are eye catching, pair them with classic pieces.
Please leave your comments, questions, and tips below.

IS "SKINNY" OVERATED?
Lately I have been seeing all these products out here with the word "skinny" on them. Is this something retailers/advertisers have come up with to try to entice us to use their products and immediately we will become "skinny?" Now I am asking because I would not dare try it because I am one step away from disappearing, but I do have my curvy diva customers and they are always looking for ways to lose weight without the medical procedures or the pills that with the side effects of blindness, stroke, cancer, losing a limb and Lord knows what else. LOL Here is the list of stuff I found...Has anyone tried any of these? Let me know what the skinny hype is about.
1. Skinny Girl Drink
2. Skinny Cow (Nestle Ice Cream Bars)
3. Skinny Popcorn
4. Skinny Chef (different flavors)
5. Skinny Buns
6. Skinny Girl Pretzels (Granola Bars)

HOW TO WEAR COLOR & LOOK GREAT; COLOR TIPS TO GIVE YOU A FASHION EDGE
Colored clothing is popular in all seasons. Bold, bright colors give a youthful and energetic look. Bright clothes can certainly cheer anyone up and will draw lots of attention.
No matter what size you are, colors would look great on you. The trick is finding "your" color. In this blog, I am going to give you some tips to help you achieve your color.
If you do not want to stand out in a crowd but you have a colorful edge, something as simple as a handbag, scarf or hat would do the job very well. Another way to add color would be to wear a colorful top under your suit jacket. Wearing a chunky "statement necklace", huge necklace that speaks for itself, is another way of adding color but keeping it simple. You can have a plain outfit and that necklace can scream "ATTENTION!" Colorful shoes/sandals can also spice up an outfit.
If you are short, it is better not to wear shoes the same color as your outfit preferably suits, dresses, etc. because you will look shorter than you are.
Remember, colors draw attention so wherever you put color, it will attract attention to that area. So if you have colorful open tow shoes, attention will be on your feet and legs so make sure you are confident in that area and also make sure that your feet are polished and you have a great pedicure.
When choosing colors, take your skin tone into consideration. Warm colors such as yellow, red, and orange look great on most skin tones.

THE COLORS YOU WEAR, AND WHAT MESSAGE ARE YOU SENDING???
The colors you wear pretty much can non verbally tell how a person is feeling and it can describe a person's personality. For instance, if you are wearing red or yellow, you are most likely to get spotted quicker than say if you wearing black or brown colors. Colors such as red and yellow are "attention getters."
If you are wearing these colors more than likely you are outgoing, confident, warm, and have a high self esteem. If you have blue clothes on, you look dependable, secure, and subtle. Green will be a hot color this season. Green is considered a positive color often associated with money and the environment. Green is also thought to be cool and refreshing. If you are meeting someone and you want to send the message that you are honest, down to earth, informal, or laid back, you color choice should be brown.
Other colors and their significance is gray, which is associated with sincerity, black which signifies power, and white, which represents honesty and purity.
These are just a few generalizations on how people react to specific colors. Keep in mind that different shades of color can have a different impact or reaction when you wear them.

DIY on How to Treat a Dry, Itchy Scalp
When washing my hair the other day, I noticed that my scalp was a white color. It looked like I had not fully rinsed all of my shampoo which that was not true. I find that every time I wash my hair my scalp looks like this. Well I have the solution for all my dry scalp divas. Look in your kitchen and see if you have some vinegar. If you do, grab a measuring cup and pour 1/2 cup vinegar in it. Pour the vinegar in a small bowl or container and then pour 1/3 cup of just regular water into your vinegar mixture. Stir for 30 seconds. Then rub your mixture or massage your mixture on your scalp. You should see the whiteness disappearing. Let stand on your hair for about 5 minutes then rinse with your favorite conditioner. Now this did stink a little when I did it but my scalp felt so much better and most of all, it looked better. I didn't see any flakes or whiteness. Ladies when I say this helps, I am very serious!

HOME REMEDIES TO HELP REMOVE DANDRUFF
First off I want to say that adding more vegetables and fruits to your diet contributes to less dandruff. Spicy and greasy foods help dandruff to increase and spread.
A mixture of coconut oil and lemon juice with apple cider vinegar to your hair is an effective treatment for dandruff and furthermore, it will make your head smell good.
Rubbing rosemary oil or olive oil and crushed rosemary leaves into your scalp and letting it sit for about 15 minutes will also help eliminate dandruff.
Rubbing pure coconut oil in your hair daily will help eliminate dandruff. Using this method, your dandruff should be gone in a few days.
Lastly but certainly not least, apply 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar and 1/2 water to the scalp and let it dry.
Try these tips and let me know what you think. So far this is doing wonders for me.

Fashion Advice For Women On A Budget
Under the certain economic circumstances, I know that it is hard to get the certain "expensive" things that we really want. We simply can not afford it. Many of us are without jobs or there may be only one income in the household. Buying something to wear that is outside of the budget, and buying things that you can only wear one time is just an unwise decision.
With this blog, I am going to give you tips on different ways to spruce up your wardrobe. Yes that stuff that is in the back of the closet, with the tags still on. Yes that stuff in the back of the closet that you said you would wear but did not.
Mixing and Matching
Look in your closet. Find something you do not normally wear and pair it with something you do wear. This will make it look like a completely different outfit but really it was something you found way back in your closet.
For example: A simple black dress. Put a white skirt underneath and you have an outfit for the office. Put a belt on, a cardigan, and boots and you are ready for a night out with the girls. Accessorize your little black dress with a bold statement accessory and add a clutch and high heel shoes and you are ready for a romantic evening with a hot date.
Customize
Most of us do not know how to use a sewing machine. You can change the buttons for a fresh look. And if you are confident, cut off the sleeves, check the neckline or raise the hemline. Everyone will think you have on a completely different outfit.
Accessories
The use of costume jewelry, scarves, belts, broaches, flower pins, hats, shoes and chunky necklaces will make one outfit look completely different. A belt can change the shape of a dress, jumper or skirt. It cinches in at the waist. A scarf around the neck, across the shoulders, or around the waist can be very sophisticated and stylish.
Dye Clothes
Another easy way to change an item of clothing is to dye it. Dye kits are available at local grocery stores and are very easy to use. All you need is a washing machine and kitchen salt. This is a fabulous way to save on clothes that have faded over time as well.
Once again, thank you for reading my blog. If you have any questions about fashion, style, beauty, tips and more feel free to visit my website http://www.pkfashions.net/ or email me your questions to tipadvisor101@gmail.com

AVON solutions Nutura Replenishing Cream
So as you guys may know, I am an Avon Representative and have been for about 4 years now. Since I get discounts on purchases and chances to try things before you guys buy them, I decided to let you in on a few things that Avon has that you should try for your skin. I am really serious about healthy looking skin. About 2 weeks ago, I purchased this replenishing cream from Avon. The price was 2/$6.99 just to let you know and it is amazing! I said I wanted to review different products to let you guys in on these amazing low priced products Avon has. This product works very well on the skin. I washed my face every morning for the last 2 weeks. After washing the face, pat dry. It is always best to pat dry not wipe dry your face or skin for that matter. Wiping your skin rather that pat drying your skin can damage it; because let's face it, a lot of us just simply rub to hard. Well after pat drying my face, I used the middle finger to grab just a little bit of product from the jar, I rubbed it on both hands, then spread it all over the face. Alot of times when we put product on the face, we tend to forget just above the lips, the chin, and the eyelids. When putting this product on, put it on those areas as well as the neck. You may have to put a little more on your fingers to spread it thoroughly on your face and neck. This product can be used in the morning or evening. This replenishing cream, of course replenishes and moisturizes the skin for hours. To purchase this product, along with other great Avon offers, click the link youravon.com/phoniciakeller
As always, feel free to comment on this blog if you have tried it or plan to try this product.

THE BEST FOODS FOR YOUR SKIN!
Everyone wants a smooth, clear complexion. Not everyone chooses to wear makeup to cover those unwanted blemishes. Well here is an article that I think you will find informative. I have found these six (6) foods that you can put in your grocery cart to help you achieve the skin you desire! You can thank me later.
Tomatoes. Tomatoes contain a powerful antioxidant called lycopene. Not to be confused with LIPOSENE LOL.... Lycopene may be responsible for helping protect the skin against sun damage. Although studies have not entirely come to this conclusion, tomatoes are packed with lycopene and it is worth a try! Lycopene is best absorbed by the body when cooked or processed. A good example would be ketchup, tomato paste, and tomato sauce. Raw tomatoes are not as effective. Lycopene is a safeguard for your skin against harmful UV Rays. Lycopene is also fat soluble which basically means if it is mixed with something such as eggs and olive oil, it is absorbed more easily.
Red Meat. Red meat is rich in zinc and protein. Although it is high in cholesterol and saturated fat, recent studies suggest red meats may be better for treating acne better than antibiotics. To produce collagen, your skin needs amino acids, glycine, and proline and the mighty fabulous red meat contains both! Both amino acids and glycine! These amino acids can also be found in seafood, kidney beans, raw oysters, cottage cheese and cabbage.
Green Tea. It's strong antiflammatory and antiaging effects are powerful because of it's high concentration of catechin compounds. That was a mouthful...In other words what I am trying to say is that green tea protects the skin from sunburns and UV associated with skin cancers. Side Note: Research also suggest that drinking 1 cup of green tea twice a day over the course of 6 months may actually reverse sun damage and reduce any problems with redness and broken capillary veins. I will try this because I don't no if you ladies have the same problem I have, but those veins in my legs are ugly! And to avoid a costly surgery that most likely your insurance would not cover because it is cosmetic, it feels good to know that just drinking some $2.00 green tea twice a day would rid me of this horrific look is worth trying!!
Green Beans. Green beans help your hair grow thicker and they also help you grow healthier nails. Green beans is one of the richest sources in silicon, yes you read right...not silicone. Bet you thought you ladies with small tops was going to get you some big boobs by eating green beans huh! lol Researchers say that at least 10 mg of green beans a day is adequate for thicker hair and healthy nails. Well if you are like me and you don't like green beans, I can't stand the smell of them, you can actually get your silicon fix from volcanic waters such as Volvic which contains 14.5 mg per liter. If you are like me you have never heard of such water and you are like what the heck kind of water is that. You learn something new every day. I wouldn't just throw this info out there without telling you what it is and where you can get it. Actually this water comes from volcano rocks. Seriously! It emerges from the volcanic ecosystem. Go to Walmart's website and type in Volvic water. You can get 12 1.5L for around 40 bucks! Yea kinda steep huh!
Walnuts. Walnuts are high in Omega 3-s. If your concern is redness, swelling, blotchiness, acne breakouts, or wrinkles, then walnuts is your answer. Walnuts are naturally anti-inflammatory, they can help seal moisture into your skin, and protect your skin from chemicals and other toxins. In addition to walnuts, almonds, olive oil, and flaxseed have the same nutrients.
Yogurt. Yogurt is a natural probiotic which simply means it helps replenish bacteria in your body and keeps yeast in check. Well you say, what does yogurt have to do with face? I am glad you asked...Yogurt helps in dealing with acne breakouts, eczema, and dandruff. When choosing yogurts, choose the low-fat and low-sugar yogurt since sugar causes inflammation. And if you are allergic to diary, go for a probiotic supplement instead.
Well I hope this was information that will help you achieve that beautiful, smooth, and clear skin that you no longer have to wish for. Give these foods a try the next time you go shopping. Remember to go back to this blog and give your thoughts and comments. As always, consult with your physician if you have any doubt about trying these items.
